The Culinary Committee of WACS in collaboration with the Singapore Chefs’ Association will be organising a Judges’ Seminar just before the Food & Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge 2010 here in Singapore. The seminar will allow participants to learn more about judging for food competitions.

Participants of the seminar will get the chance to join the judging groups during the Culinary Challenge from 20 to 24 April 2010. This will provide them the opportunity to learn and experience the actual judging during a food competition.
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or bank cheque. Please note there are limited places for the seminar. Participants are encouraged to register early and arrange for their own travel and accommodation.
