International Salon Culinaire 2024
The United Kingdom’s largest, most enduring, and highly esteemed culinary competition, the International Salon Culinaire returns as an intergral part of HRC (The Hotel Restaurant Catering Show) on 25-27 March 2024. The competition programme is supported by leading Chefs organisations in the UK.
The HRC event will converge with three other distinct events, attracting thousands of visitors over the course of three action-packed days. These co-located events will encompass the International Food and Drink Event (IFE), IFE Manufacturing, and Pub Show 2024, creating an unparalleled culinary and hospitality experience.
