Individual Vegan Main Course Culinary Competition for Culinary Federation Chef Members
The Culinary Federation Toronto branch has created a competition for all levels of senior chefs to challenge themselves and compete in the 1st Annual Individual Vegan Main Course Culinary Competition for Canadian Culinary Federation Chef Members. The event is scheduled for Tuesday February 27th 2024, at Centennial college culinary labs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This exclusive competition will award medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of this Worldchefs endorsed and judged event, as well, all candidates will receive a Worldchefs digital badge and certificate for participating and committing this time to showcasing their culinary vegan skills. Competitors will prepare and present a Vegan main course in one hour with the help of a young chef assistant to a panel of Worldchefs judges. A plant-based dish consisting of entirely whole foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits will be presented to the judges in a creative and contemporary format. The final Vegan main course plates will be judged by fair Worldchefs competition standards and with upmost integrity of a Worldchefs judging jury, with valuable feedback to all candidates for improvements.
The successful winner of this Vegan main course competition will be awarded a gold medal of achievement and will be showcased on all Culinary Federation platforms, marketing materials and shared on corresponding Worldchefs platforms.
