Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC) is back and ready for more live competitions. Co-organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Associations (HKCA), HKICC this year will definitely raise the bar by accommodating over 500 chefs from around the region to take part in this internationally- acclaimed competition. HOFEX, the region’s leading food and hospitality tradeshow, will return from 11 to 14 May 2011 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. In its 14th edition, HOFEX 2011 continues to blend the best of food and beverages, as well as the N.O.W. Natural & Organic Food and Drink, Well-being Equipment, Supplies and Services Exhibition. The show is featured as the premier meeting place for the industry and has a pioneering position in connecting China to the rest of the world.
