Persatuan Pengusaha Restoran Dan Pemasak Negeri Sembilan and (Negeri Sembilan Board of Tourism)proudly brought the NSCCM 1 in order to promote the Malaysian culinary skill and food culture at the same time providing a platform for all the participating chefs from around the world to interact and sharing experiences.
Also to promote tourism of Malaysia especially tourism activities of Negeri Sembilan. And to create business opportunities for participants from all sectors including the exhibitors and all attendees.
During the events the chefs from all over would be able to benefit from interacting to elevate their skills; gaining new industry insight knowledge and create innovative cuisines to maintain the competitive edge of individual’s business.
