With strong support from the World Association of Chef Societies (Worldchefs) and regional chef associations, the FHA Culinary Challenge (FCC) is widely recognised as the region’s most prestigious international culinary competition that has a strong emphasis on the promotion of culinary excellence. This biennial competition is the ultimate arena where hundreds of culinary talents from around the world flock to display their masterly skills, and seek accreditation and feedback for improvement from the judging panel of internationally acclaimed chefs.
All eyes at FHA are set on the competition, which has also become a gathering point for fellow gourmets to make new friends, share their experiences and marvel at the creative show pieces.
