Food & Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) & Global Culinary Challenge: A premier food and hospitality gathering in the Maldives since 2013 by Dhivehi Expo Services, and endorsed by the Chefs Guild of Maldives and Worldchefs. The Global Culinary Challenge is an anticipated event by the culinary industry of the Maldives, as it is a platform for chefs to display their talent. In addition to the Culinary Challenge, a Barista and Mocktail Challenge has also been added to the FHAM proceedings.
