FHAM Global Culinary Challenge 2023 is the only Global Culinary Challenge in the south Asian region. It will be a platform where many National teams from all over the world will compete for
honors together with over 600 Chefs from over 75 resorts in the Maldives. It is also the only Worldchefs Continental event in the region. It is also the only competition where 2 National Chefs Guilds have come together to endorse and support. The Chef Guild of Lanka and The Chefs Guild of Maldives have been involved with the mega event since its inception many years ago. FHAM is also endorsed by the Platform of Islamic Countries Culinary Society.
A Panel of internationally acclaimed Worldchefs qualified Judges will officiate the event. This is a much-anticipated event for many, as it has become a meeting point for fellow culinary industry professionals to make new friends, share their experiences, and find inspiration in each other’s work.
