FHA Bakery Challenge

Taking place for the first time at FHA-HoReCa, FHA Bakery Challenge (FBC) is launched with the aim to develop artisanal bakery craftsmanship, encourage innovation, and nurture budding baking talents in the region. The event will also provide opportunities for learning and professional engagement amongst industry members.

The inaugural bakery competition will be held at FHA-HoReCa, alongside Asian Gelato Cup, and FHA Dessert Challenge. FHA Bakery Challenge is an event organized in partnership with Singapore Pastry Alliance, a member of Singapore Chefs’ Association.
