The 2nd European Championship in Carving will be held in Moscow October 1-4, 2013, during “PIR – the Hospitality Industry” Exhibition that is the largest in Eastern Europe.
The European experts will compete in carving in various disciplines and categories in parallel with Kremlin International Culinary Cup, which will be held in Moscow for the second time.
PIR Exhibition, featuring the European Championship in Carving, will be held in the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center.
