CULINARIA 2019: FESTIVAL CULINARIO INTERNACIONAL
“La Cocina, Identidad y Patrimonio Cultural”

To entrepreneurs and enterprises linked to culinary and gastronomic science and art, specialized press, publishing houses, and travelers in general.
To all of you, we are pleased to invite you to this Gran Festival, which will be held from October 14th to 18th, 2019, at the Havana International Conference Center, Cuba.
This mind-blowing Festival is aimed at bringing professionals and students together to exchange up-to-date experiences and prospects on food, as well as market trends to attain the best satisfaction. All concatenated with practical demonstrations with the national cuisine characteristics.
The official program of the Festival includes: Master Classes, Workshop, Culinary Hall, Bartender Show, Sommelier Meeting and Fair-Related Exhibition.
In like with rich culinary knowledge, participants will be able to enjoy all historical temptations and the natural and architectonical beauties of the Cuban capital Havana in its 500th Anniversary. There will be also a special program for students, including: master classes taught by the most world-famous Chefs.
This international event is geared to building a friendship-brotherhood bridge among the peoples, and will make it possible to enjoy the beauties of Havana. The Cubans´ warm hospitality through special programs and tourist options.
