CULINAIRE MALAYSIA 2013 11th EDITION Showcase of The Finest Creations Culinaire Malaysia 2013 is set to achieve another milestone. Malaysia very own home grown premier culinary event will be held form 17th -20th September 2013 at the state of art Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Culinaire Malaysia 2013 will be held alongside Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM2013), an international exhibition that feature a wide range of products from around the world. The 11th edition of Culinaire Malaysia will showcase more than 1000 finest Chefs and Food & Beverage personnel who will be competing to the Finest of Them All. The event had attracted international participants from the region, judging will be done with no fear and favor of a careful selected WACS Approve Judges and distinguished personalities across the world and Malaysia best. Culinaire Malaysia 2013 is a jointly organized by Malaysia Association of Hotels (MAH), Chefs Association of Malaysia(CAM), The Malaysia Food & Beverage Executives Association. Culinaire Malaysia 2013 is officialy endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS).
