The Chefs Association of Malaysia has been entrusted to organize the Culinaire Malaysia 2011 in conjunction with the Food Hotel Malaysia. The Culinaire Malaysia 2011 will be held from 20th – 23rd September 2011 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The Culinaire Malaysia 2011 is a WACS approved National event that attracts many participants and over the year it had create a pool of talented young chefs for the Culinary Industry. We, The Chefs Association of Malaysia can continue the effort with the support form our fellow colleagues form the World Association of Chefs society. FACT SHEET
