The Culinaire Malaysia 2009 maintains international culinary recognition. Held together with the famed Food & Hotel Malaysia from 11 August to 14 August 2009, this competition is set to be another benchmark in the international culinary industry. FHM 2009 will cover virtually every aspect of Food & Hotel Management, focusing on hotel/restaurant equipment/supplies, food and beverage, hotel furnishings and accessories, food service and catering equipment, housekeeping products, hospitality and retail technologies.
