The National Culinary Association of Russia is holding the 2nd National Culinary Championship – Chef à la Russe during the METRO-EXPO which takes place on April 7-9, at Crocus-Expo in Moscow. Metro Cash&Carry is a General partner of the Championship.
The anual event endorsed by WORLDCHEFS is a Final competition of 30 teams after qualifying tours in different Russian regions. Competition program consists on national dinner and “black box” for super-finalists.
The best chefs will be approved to Russian National team to compete during Olympics in Erfurt in 2016.
