Chef a la Russe – the All-Russian annual Championship of professional chefs teams has been held since 2014. It’s founded by Russian National Culinary Association and Metro CC and endorsed by Worldchefs. The 3rd Chef ala Russe takes place on April 5-7, 2016 during Metro Expo in Moscow, Crocus Exhibition Center. This event finalizes the Regional Qualifying Competitions and welcomes 30 teams competing in 10 kitchens in front of visitors. Each team consists of 2 chefs and 1 pastry-chef and they will prepare 3 courses National dinner within 90 minutes. Sweet water fish in starter, game and forest berries in main course as well as honey and raspberry in desert are mandatory ingredients. Day 3 will be even more exciting because the best 9 teams will compete in a Super Final Black Box. Worlchefs approved judges are invited to chose the best team.
