With 23 years of experience in the F&B industry, Chef Satish Madaan is a renowned culinary expert with a stellar reputation. He has held prestigious positions such as Director of Academy at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Group Executive Chef at FG Food Industry, Chef Consultant at De-Belle Fine Dining Indian Restaurant, Executive Sous Chef at The Singapore Island Country Club, and Specialty Indian Chef at The Sats (SIA), Singapore.

Chef Madaan has also worked at esteemed hotels including The Grand Hyatt, Delhi and The Oberoi Hotel Gurgaon. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a formal qualification in Hotel Management (Catering and Nutrition), showcasing his academic prowess.

Chef Madaan’s unique cooking combines traditional flavors with modern presentation, creating a distinct and unforgettable dining experience. His culinary skills have earned him the opportunity to cook for distinguished dignitaries, including the Former President of Singapore, Mr. S R Nathan, and Former Deputy Prime Minister, Prof Jaya Kumar.

His passion for culinary arts and commercial mindset has won him 3 Gold Medals in Culinary Competition at Food Hotel Asia, Singapore (2008, 2012 and 2014). Chef Madaan is a highly skilled and creative chef, known for his ability to design dishes that delight and impress.

Chef Todd Coleman

Chef Todd Coleman is a culinary maverick who has spent over two decades pushing the boundaries of food and media. With a diverse portfolio that spans across print and digital media, Chef Todd has been the creative force behind some of the most delectable food and travel content. From his role as Executive Food Editor at Saveur to his stint as Creative Director at Tasting Table, he has left his mark on the food industry.

Aside from his work in media, Chef Todd is also an accomplished Chef Instructor. He has honed his craft at The Culinary Institute of America in Upstate New York and has worked as an editor at Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food. He is also the Digital Director of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in Singapore.

Chef Todds entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found the NYC-based creative agency, Delicious Contents, where he worked with top-tier clients such as Chobani and Haagen Dazs. He has also been a contributor to several print and digital publications, including The Spruce Eats, TripSavvy, and TreeHugger.

With over 155,000 followers on Instagram, Chef Todd has established himself as a social media influencer and an authority in the food industry.

Noor Faizal

Noor Faizal, a Senior F&B Instructor at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, is a captivating educator who brings a world of knowledge and experience to the classroom. With a foundation in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications, Faizal’s journey took an exciting turn when he discovered his true passion for wine and spirits.
