The North Greece Chefs Association and the Detrop by Helexpo would like to invite you to the 8th International culinary competition of Southern Europe in the International Exhibition center of Thessaloniki. The detrop exhibition is the biggest, most renowned and complete international mercantile event of the food and beverage machinery and packaging industry. The 8th international competition that is also carried out together with the detrop by Helexpo is the top gastronomy event of Greece and takes place every 2 years. The competition aims to demonstrate the culinary skills (and the professionalism) of both young and professional chefs. During the competition WACS judges from all over the world and Greece will be present. It is a chance for every professional to demonstrate their talent.
