The Global Chefs Challenge Pacific Rim Regional Semi-Finals will be held in Melbourne, Australia. Participating teams will be vying for a coveted opportunity to compete at the Global Chefs Challenge Finals during the 2020 Worldchefs Congress in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The qualifying final for the Pacific Rim selection will be held on Sunday 23rd June 2019 in the Live Culinary Arena of Foodservice Australia, Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre, 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf VIC.
