For its 15th edition, the Bocuse d’Or continues on the path it has adopted over the recent years, encouraging the chefs to transcend their culinary heritage and promote the gastronomic signature of their respective countries. Accordingly, the contest rules clearly require that the identity of the countries be highlighted, in particular through the choice of ingredients.
