The Russia open Carving Championships 2011 were held during of V International Culinary Salon “EurAsia” in Ekaterinburg from March 15 till March 16. Very interesting event in the world of the culinary specialists loving the creative approach to preparation of meal! Competitions among experts in a decorative cutting from vegetables and fruit are spent in Russia already in 6th time. The open status of competitions allows participating to all countries and at competitions there will be experts from Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Turkey and others. The international brigade of a judiciary board works. The program of this competition is an experimental platform for the statement of the program of carving competitions «1-st European Championship» (September 2011, Germany).
