Who we are?

Founded in 1898, we are the leading producer of Italian monodose (single-serving) extra virgin olive oil from our family estate in Umbria, Italy, also affectionately known as the Green Heart of Italy. We have been serving First and Business Class aboard the world’s most exclusive airlines for over 22 years. All of our olive trees are genetically certified 100% Italian cultivars and we are the first farm in the world to achieve Zero C02 emissions (DNV UNI ISO 14064) without using carbon offsets.
