ECUADOR, NOVEMBER 2017: Worldchefs are delighted to announce that we recently awarded the Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification to Chef de Partie graduates at the Culinary Trainer School in Ecuador.
This is the first group of Ecuadorians with the Global Chef de Partie Certification, and the first group of young student chefs to be graduating with a joint certification from a culinary school and Worldchefs.
“Giving chefs the opportunity to get qualified to a global standard and earn two certificates at once were key goals behind the creation of the Worldchefs Global Culinary Certification,” said John Clancy, Worldchefs Education Director. “We are so proud to see the graduates of the Culinary Trainer School be given the chance to take a leap ahead in their careers – this joint certification gives them a step up in the industry, one that will prepare them to secure meaningful and long-term employment and encourage mobility within this global industry.”
