CULTURAL CULINARY HERITAGE COMMITTEE'S MISSION

The Cultural Culinary Heritage Committee’s mission is to recognize heritage status for traditional ingredients, techniques, and inventions. We protect outstanding examples of global food heritage to boost national pride and international renown. We trace the etymology of classic dishes and create platforms where chefs share culinary philosophy, science, and art. We also launch and improve nationwide programs that protect heritage produce, support growers, and safeguard the natural environment.
