Saturday 11th of July, Lionel Lallement, Best Pastry Craftsman of France 1989 prepared with the help of two other French chefs, Jacques Coadic and Sébastien Jérôme, the longest strawberry pavlova ever in Finland in Heinola of 106.25 meters. It was made with Finish Strawberries and Sublime, Cream with Mascarpone and the profits of the sale of the cake was given to local charities.
