- The Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forum provides a platform for young talent to connect with international peers and key opinion leaders through a dynamic program of educational workshops, expert speakers, chef demonstrations, and networking events.

Paris, 19 of October 2021 – Nestlé Professional, a global leader in the out-of-home industry and foodservice solutions, has signed a new partnership with Worldchefs as the Official Partner of the Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forum at Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2022 in Abu Dhabi, 30 May to 2 June.
The partnership marks the fourth year of Nestlé Professional’s support of the biennial event. A strong advocate for young culinary professionals, Nestlé Professional has played an instrumental role in the development of Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forums and past Congresses, supporting skills workshops, expert speakers, and interactive programs to empower the next generation of industry talent.
Held at the 4-day Worldchefs Congress & Expo, the Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forum provides a platform for young chefs to network with industry peers and mentors, open new professional opportunities, and learn valuable skills to build their careers.

The 2022 Worldchefs Congress & Expo ushers in the 20th anniversary of the Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forum, which began at the 2002 Worldchefs Congress & Expo in Japan. The late Dr. Billy Gallagher, Honorary President and Honorary Life Member of Worldchefs, envisioned a space for young chefs encompassing both learning and comradery. Each year, the program is designed to develop future leaders and encourage conversation between junior and senior chefs from around the globe.
Chefs under the age of 25 can register to the Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forum with the Young Chef Package for a reduced rate at www.worldchefscongress.org/register. The Young Chef Package includes the Billy Gallagher Young Chefs Forum and offers total access to the Worldchefs Congress & Expo.
